We've got the perfect program for you no matter your current experience or fitness goals. We’ve raised the bar for functional training with different options depending on your goals - our 45 minute CrossFit classes or Personal Training. No matter if you’re looking for the most intense workout in the world or you’re just interested in getting a great sweat in for 45 minutes…we've got you covered.

Step 1: Beginners Program

It's just as we say, our Beginners Class. We offer these 45 minute sessions to those who want to take it a step slower, to build themselves up to the regular scheduled classes, and for those with no prior CrossFit experience..

Our coaches want to make sure that you learn all the proper form and technique. You will be taken through 4 Private classes, which teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit in order to participate in the group classes. This mandatory class reduces the risk of injury and allows all our members to learn the proper movements under the watchful eye of a professional coach.

Step 2: CrossFit Group Class

Our 45 minute class. CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

One on One Nutrition Coaching
  • * This program is 12 weeks long. I can't teach you what you need to know and see results in 4 weeks.

Athlete Development

One Shot Athletics—brought to you by CrossFit One Shot

One of our biggest highlights has been creating our Athlete Development Program.

It started with the Bay Port Hockey team over the summer. The Boys team would spend an hour working on speed, strength, and mindset throughout workouts. They conducted numerous team building exercises where they were pushed passed their individual limits.

Our program has since expanded to Middle and High School Athletes, all like minded to get stronger mentally and physically.

Monday's & Wednesday's at 315pm
*Each class includes a team building exercise, a strength session, and a workout.
